Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy is a renowned spiritual thinker, author, and philanthropist, and a retired Director General of the Indian Police Service (IPS). Born in Cuttack, Odisha, he holds degrees in Political Science from Utkal University and Delhi University and has devoted decades to propagating Indian philosophy, spiritualism, and culture across India and globally.

He is the Founder President of the Shirdi Sai Global Foundation and has inspired over 200 philanthropic and spiritual centers worldwide, along with schools, medical units, and NGOs focused on education, healthcare, women, children, and the differently abled. Through these initiatives, he has consistently worked toward social upliftment and community service.

A prolific multilingual author with over 30 original works translated into numerous Indian and international languages, Dr. Satpathy has also contributed extensively to devotional music and cultural preservation. He has been honored internationally for his humanitarian, scholarly, and spiritual contributions, including opening the U.S. House of Representatives as Guest Chaplain in 2015, and continues to advocate a life of service rooted in love, compassion, and simplicity.
